The Institute of Real Estate Management recognized this need and developed a plan for meeting it. That it is required by Institute rules to be protected by adequate fidelity bonds on all management employees;

That is is required by Institute rules to completely segregate its clients' funds in bank accounts separate from its own; and that at all times these separate accounts contain 100 percent of the funds due its clients;

That it receives no refunds or benefits incident to the client's business without the client's knowledge; and

That it advertises honestly.
