IREM has a great opportunity for Affordable Housing Managers:

Low Income Housing Tax Credit Course
Housing Credits: Compliance Challenges and Solutions (LTC401)

Designed specifically for real estate managers, asset managers, developers, other compliance professionals in the affordable housing industry, and anyone interested in earning the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation, LTC 401 gives students the skills needed to determine income eligibility, certify tenants, qualify buildings and projects and deal with situations and events that often put compliance in jeopardy.  IREM also offers the HCCP Exam (HCPEXM) that leads to the HCCP designation, held the day immediately following each two-day LTC401 course in the same location.  Students must register separately for HCPEXM. Students may register online at www.irem.org or by calling (800) 837-0706, Ext. 4650.

IREM Course for Common Interest Developments (CIDs) Managers:

Common Interest Developments (CIDs) Course
Common Interest Developments: Managing Condominium Association Properties (CID201)

Recognizing the demand for highly-trained managers in residential and office condominiums, co-ops, and planned unit developments, IREM created this course for CID managers, property managers, CID developers, association boards of directors, and service providers such as attorneys, and general contractors.  CID201 combines skilled faculty, practitioner expertise, basic fundamentals of management and the IREM Code of Professional Ethics in an intensive, interactive environment that will give students the edge in the CID management market.
