As a multi-housing vendor, often, the greatest challenge in marketing is finding quality contacts and identifying primary decision makers.  If you are looking for an effective new way to market your products and services to residential property managers and: their companies, the Friends of ARM® Program can help put you in touch with your target audience.

As a Friend of ARM®, your company or organization will have a unique opportunity to deliver your message specifically to Accredited Residential Managers, ARM® and attendees interested in obtaining this designation.  You’ll find that becoming a Friend of ARM® will be the best use of your time and advertising dollars. IREM® members and designees represent a powerful buying force in the industry and need the products and / or services you sell. Only vendor/service provider members (Friend of ARM® or Industry Partners) are allowed to attend these ARM Meetings/luncheons, all other vendors may attend up to twice as a guest of an ARM but must join to continue to attend the meetings.

In order to become a Friend of ARM®, a company or organization must be recommended for affiliation by an IREM® member, and be approved by the ARM® Committee Executive Council.

The annual sponsorship price for Friends of ARM® is $100.00. You will receive the following benefits for your sponsorship: 

  • The opportunity to attend all ARM® functions. Luncheons are $20 per attendee. Other functions will have pricing noted.
  • Regular Chapter E-newsletters and ARM® meeting announcements.
  • A listing of your company name on the chapter’s website as a Friend of ARM®. See below.

Advertising and Sponsorship opportunities (effective 9-1-2008)

Business card size ad in the bi-monthly e-newsletter    $50 per issue
¼ page ad in bi-monthly e-newsletter.                           $100 per issue
½ page ad in bi- monthly e-newsletter.                          $150.00 per issue
Opportunity to sponsor monthly meetings                      $100 per meeting
Educational offerings, and/or other events                    $TBD by event
