IREM® Bucks Chapter 71 Participation Reward Program
IREM Chapter 71 members receive credit (IREM Bucks) for every IREM meeting, event, committee, etc. that they attend.
At the end of the year, members can use their IREM Bucks at an auction for prizes.

Here's how it works:
IREM BUCKS POINT SYSTEM
1,000 Bucks
- Recruit a CPM Candidate
- Recruit an ARM
500 Bucks
- Each Income/Expense analysis submitted To submit Income/ Expense Analysis, log onto http://ie.irem.org/irem/cwb
- Recruit an Industry Partner
- Take an IREM class in Nashville
- Recruit a sponsor for any IREM special function
- Attend Legislative Conference or IREM conference
200 Bucks
- Each committee and/or board meeting attended
- Each IREM luncheon attended
- Each IREM event attended (e.g. Grover Easter Party, Valentine Dance, Economic Forum, Golf Tournament, Connection, etc.)
- Bring a Multi-Family Housing participant to an ARM Luncheon
100 Bucks
- Wear your CPM® pin or nametag
- Write an article for the IREM newsletter. Everyday is a new experience in Property Management. Send articles to the IREM office at info@iremnashville.org.
You may turn in points for IREM Bucks if you are:
- Are an ARM® or CPM®
- Are in Multi-Family housing management and have attended 3 or more ARM® activities
- Are an Industry Partner or Friend of ARM®
