  • For contributors who submit on or before the April 1 deadline, complimentary copies will ship in September.
  • For contributors who submit after the April 1 deadline, 50% discount coupons will ship in September. 
ALL contributors will have access to the Individual Building Report (IBR) in September.

IREM® Bucks Chapter 71 Participation Reward Program


IREM Chapter 71 members receive credit (IREM Bucks) for every IREM meeting, event, committee, etc. that they attend. 
At the end of the year, members can use their IREM Bucks at an auction for prizes.

Here's how it works:

IREM BUCKS POINT SYSTEM 

1,000 Bucks

  • Recruit a CPM Candidate
  • Recruit an ARM

500 Bucks 

  •  Each Income/Expense analysis submitted
  • Recruit an Industry Partner
  • Take an IREM class in Nashville
  • Recruit a sponsor for any IREM special function
  • Attend Legislative Conference or IREM conference

200 Bucks 

  • Each committee and/or board meeting attended
  • Each IREM luncheon attended
  • Each IREM event attended (e.g. Grover Easter Party, Valentine Dance, Economic Forum, Golf Tournament, Connection, etc.)
  • Bring a Multi-Family Housing participant to an ARM Luncheon

100 Bucks 

  •  Wear your CPM® pin or nametag
  • Write an article for the IREM newsletter.  Everyday is a new experience in Property Management.  Send articles to the IREM office at info@iremnashville.org.
