Paul H. Rittle Sr. Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to qualified individuals who are pursuing the CPM designation or ARM certification covering significant tuition expenses and other costs associated with IREM courses.

Minority Outreach Scholarship

This scholarship offers financial assistance and mentorship to qualified minority students who are seeking the
CPM designation.


Donald M. Furbush Scholarship: CPM

This scholarship provides assistance to fulfill all of the educational requirements to become a CPM with IREM.


George M. Brooker Collegiate Scholarship for Minorities

This scholarship grants graduate and undergraduate scholarships for minority students interested in pursuing a career in property management.
